Nayara takes SAP India to court, seeks restoration of software services to raise invoices

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused interim relief to Nayara Energy, which sought SAP India’s support to restore critical software services blocked due to EU sanctions. The court said it would consider relief only after hearing SAP’s response. Nayara argued the suspension hindered GST 2.0 compliance and invoicing, while SAP cited legal constraints under EU sanctions. The next hearing is on October 29.
